The foundations of training – education

Personal coaching session 1
Individual support and planning of a training structure adapted to current situation, needs and goals. A personal plan is created to ensure a good and safe start.
A calm and clear training start
Launch of the individually tailored program with support from our portal. Focus on continuity, confidence and enjoyment of training.
Personal coaching session 2
Follow-up and feedback on completed training. Program development and progression to a complete weekly program and coaching to maintain the exercise habit.

The expanded program is carried out using the training portal, clear steps forward are experienced and the employee establishes their new exercise habit.

Frequently asked questions
How large a group per round?
Recommended 10–50 participants per start, depending on ambition level and organization. If you are a larger organization it is recommended to divide the implementation by department or business unit across several periods.
Can parts be carried out on-site with us?
Yes. The onboarding day can take place at your premises or at Bosön. Coaching sessions and education are digital.
What is required of the employees in terms of time?
Onboarding 1 day. Then 1–3 training sessions/week + short digital education modules.
How do we follow up on the effect?
Through participant evaluations, implementation tracking and HR data at group level.
